Please be aware of that due to Victronics supplies products to global market. This Policy may be modified or replaced to fulfill local regulations. It also explains to you how we process your data through Victornics products, apps, software, systems and the Company.

Who is Victronics?

Victronics is an innovative and creative consumer electronic products engineering and development Company. We develop products with stylish appearance, durable materials, high quality components and “Wow factors”. Apart from we carry out products R&D, we also manage product production and manufacturing processes to ensure that our systems, products or Apps provide you with positive user experience.

In this Policy, Victronics (also referred as “we”, “us” or the “Company”) is the controller of your data. By using Victronics products, services, software and Apps that you had, has or will use, we have the right to decide what your data are collected and how they are used within the Company and its subsidiary companies which Victronics has control either through direct or indirect ownership. In the situation that we ask for your data, but you chose not to, in some case, we will not be able to provide you with the full functionality of our products, services, systems or Apps. Additionally, we may not be able to respond to request you may have.

How do we use your data for marketing?

Victronics and its subsidiaries may send you regular promotional communications about products, services, news, events, promotions and invitations.

Such communication may use the “Victronics” brand or brands from our subsidiaries and may be sent to you through different channels, such as: emails, phone calls, postal mailings, third parties, social networks etc.

In order to provide you with the best user experience, sometimes these communications may be modified to suit your preferences (for example, as you indicate these to us, as we may have inferred from your website visits, or based on the links you click in our emails or links on social medias.)

Shall we share your data?

We do not share any of your data except in the limited cases described here. If it is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes described in this Policy, we may disclose your data to the following entities:

ž Victronics subsidiaries: due to our nature of business, your data may be shared with certain Victronics subsidiaries. All data sharing within Victronics is based on a need-to-know basis;

ž Service providers: like many businesses, we may outsource certain data processing activities to trusted third party service providers to perform functions and provide services to us, such as consulting providers, shipping providers;

ž Business partners: we may share your data with trusted business partners, so they can provide you with the services you request;

Do we transfer your data abroad?

Due to the nature of our business, data you provide to us may be transferred to or accessed by Victronics subsidiaries and trusted third parties from many countries around the world. Consequently, your data may be processed outside the country where you live, if this is necessary for fulfillment of the purposes stated in this Policy.
